When authorized, the integration may access the following information from Notion:
- Page content shared by the user (text blocks and databases).
- Properties of educational databases (such as activity titles, rubric fields, and completion indicators).
- Page metadata (page ID, titles, and structure).
- Comments section of the page (for posting evaluation feedback).
The integration does not access private workspaces or pages that are not explicitly shared.
3. Information Not Collected
The integration does not collect, store, or process:
- Personal identification data (ID numbers, addresses, phone numbers).
- Login credentials or passwords.
- Email addresses.
- Financial or payment information.
- Sensitive personal data of any kind.
All processing occurs in real time based solely on the shared Notion content.
4. Data Storage and Retention
- No Notion content is permanently stored on our servers.
- Data is processed temporarily during the evaluation process.
- Once the evaluation is completed and feedback is posted, no content is retained.
The integration does not maintain user profiles or historical records of evaluated portfolios.
5. Use of Data
Information accessed through the integration is used exclusively to:

- Generate feedback comments within the student’s Notion page.
Data is never used for marketing, analytics, resale, or third-party distribution.

- Access can be revoked at any time from the user’s Notion workspace settings.
- The integration only operates on content explicitly shared by the user.

No data accessed by the integration is shared with third parties.
The integration communicates only with the official Notion API and does not transmit data to external services.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the integrity of the evaluation process, including:
- Secure API authentication.
- Restricted access tokens.
- Read and comment-only permissions aligned with the integration’s purpose.
